KAUST participants:

Registration for KAUST participants is free and remains open for both poster presentations and general attendance.

If you wish to present a poster, kindly submit your abstract to the following email: wdrc.conferences@kaust.edu.sa. The deadline for poster abstract submissions is 1st October 2023.

For those interested in attending without a poster presentation, please register. Your registration is confirmed upon receiving a confirmation email from wdrc.conferences@kaust.edu.sa. Please note that the deadline for general registration is 15th October 2023.

*Lunch and Dinner are provided only for External participants.

External participants:

Deadline for registration: August 12th, 2023. Registration for in-person attendance is now closed. However, the silver lining is that you can still join the PMP6 Conference virtually!

Please contact organizers in writing to request delegate substitution. No such requests will be accepted beyond November 10, 2023.

For those who have reserved their places, the in-person participation fee covers the following:

• Transport by car/coach from Jeddah King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) to the Al-Khozama Hotel in KAUST and return & internal transportation from Hotel to the venue.
• Accommodation plus breakfast in Al-Khozama Hotel, KAUST.
• Lunch, dinner, and refreshments
• Outdoor organized activities (Jeddah trip and boat trip with snorkeling)
• For membrane modelling course participants, computers with modelling software are available at location.
• Not included: Flight tickets and Saudi Arabia visa fee. Although we do not cover the cost of a Saudi Arabia visa, KAUST will assist you in obtaining it.
